Erin Bettridge

I am a passionate graphic designer, utilising my creativity to construct digital artworks and business branding elements. Videography and photography are also interests of mine; attributed to the achievements I obtained during my three years of studying film and television in high school.

The design pieces I create are intended to capture a story. I draw inspiration for my pieces from emotional moments I have endured or observed during my lifetime. I desire for my work to communicate a message, hoping that the viewers will connect and have an emotional reaction. My dream career is to operate my own business. Like most other creative people, I seek the ability to create freely. The business I manage would specialise in weddings, offering a number of services including videography, photography (of the special day) and print design (invitations, signage). The business would allow me to continue to capture emotive memories and to also share my creativity using a number of creative devices.

The medium used for my exhibition pieces is vector graphics. The designs are created using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, printed onto A4 posters and framed.
